This policy explains how OSH TECH LLC (“Osh Tech Studio,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through oshtechstudio.com. The site is for business inquiries. It does not offer consumer subscriptions, online checkout, marketing email, or marketing text messages at this time.
Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, business name, business email, message, and the project details you choose to provide, such as phone number, website, services of interest, budget, timeframe, and the page or portfolio project that prompted your request. We also use a one-way hashed network identifier solely to apply a temporary rate limit that protects the form from abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to receive and respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible scope of work, prepare a proposal or agreement if requested, administer the resulting business relationship, protect the site, and comply with law. Communications that directly answer your request or advance a requested project are not used as unrelated marketing.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use advertising or analytics cookies on the public site. We may use carefully selected service providers for hosting, secure database storage, backup, and delivery of inquiry notifications; they may process information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer.
Cookies and security
The public site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The private administration area uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie after the studio owner signs in. Your motion preference may be stored in your browser. We use access controls, transport security in production, rate limiting, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Website inquiries are automatically deleted 730 days after their most recent recorded activity unless a longer period is required by law. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information that you submitted by emailing oshtechfl@gmail.com. We may need enough information to verify the request and may retain limited information when law permits or requires it. If you are in Canada, you may also contact us about our handling of your information or withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits.
International visitors
Osh Tech Studio operates from the United States. If you use the site from Canada or another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States and by the service providers described above, where laws may differ from those in your location.
