The context

Tideway is a complete fictional marine-service demo for South Florida. It presents the service with premium imagery and helps boat owners describe the vessel and job before the first conversation.

Where the work gets stuck

A generic contact form does not collect enough information for marine work. The team still has to ask about boat type, length, engines, location, symptoms and photos before it can discuss scope.

A clearer way through
